A postcard photo of the original Elphinstone Co-operative Store on Marine Drive (Hwy 101) in lower Gibsons. This store was built in 1919. When the Co-op moved to a new location in 1965 the building became a pool hall (Shady Day's) among other things. It was torn down in the 1970s. |
